The residential complex consists of two parts: PALAZZO STORICO and PALAZZO MODERNO.
1. PALAZZO STORICO
PALAZZO STORICO offers apartments in a carefully restored historic building built in the Liberty style in the early 20th Century. The building was designed by one of the most famous architects of his time, Giulio Bernardini.
History
The historic building designed and built by renowned architect Giulio Bernardini in the Liberty style in 1910, has been carefully restored while retaining all the elements of this architectural style, in keeping with the historical importance of the building.
Reconstruction
The reconstruction took place under the direction of architect Robert Agnelli and civil engineer Marcello Mucci. During the reconstruction, work was carried out to strengthen the foundations of the entire building, with the complete replacement of floors and utilities, the consolidation and partial replacement of load-bearing walls with reinforced plaster, and the replacement of original paint with modern insulation material with a noise-dampening effect.
Windows and walls are made of wood with acoustic (43 dB) and thermal indicators.
The heating system is a combination ofunderfloor heating and an autonomous air conditioning system. The plumbing system is equipped with a water softening and purification system. Thanks to the combination of the above materials and technologies, the building will achieve considerable energy and heating savings.
The materials used during construction and reconstruction are of the highest standard, in keeping with the premium quality of the entire project. Our aim was to ensure that both the buildings and individual apartments provide a long-term, top-quality living experience and fulfil the vision of architect Giulia Bernardini, the designer of the original PALLAZZO STORICO.
2. PALAZZO MODERNO
PALAZZO MODERNO consists of two townhouses with large terraces and a private garden. Both townhouses are built as two-storey apartments in a modern style.
